Goodness gracious it feels so good to know that I'm not the only one doing these steps!!! Sometimes I feel so alone. My friends keep complaining that they have so many trantrums and I'm like, really? I don't have any, weird.... and then I look at how they handle difficult situations and I understand why they have such a hard time. I seriously want to intervene sometimes, but I don't. God I wish more parents understood.

So this is probably not one you would recommend and I am pretty sure my brother was OLDER than a toddler when this happened. When he would throw a fit, my mom would not let him stop throwing the fit. If he was stopping his feet, she would make him keep stomping his feet until he begged to stop. She only had to do this 2 or 3 times before he finally stopped throwing fits altogether. It was hysterical to watch!
