Oh my! I’m just as imperfect as anyone else, I just have a job that helps me work on my parenting all. the. time. 🙂 The goal of this blog is to help you parent well without added guilt, so I’m glad you got that message today.

If a trained therapist still loses it over spilled cereal, then maybe it’s okay that I do too, more often than I’d like. Sometimes this positive parenting feels like it’s saying you should be calm and collected all the time, but who can manage that? Don’t need the extra guilt on top of the stress us parents are already under!
