A Letter From Nicole
In a world swirling with parenting advice, strategies, and promises, my goal for this book is to give you permission to be an imperfect parent to your imperfect child. "It Starts With You" acts as a guide, not a rule book, helping you look at your own story, tuning into your unique child, and finding a positive, respectful rhythm to your relationship.
I believe there is more to parenting than consequences, time outs and spankings. This book focuses on laying a strong foundation through meaningful connections, understanding brain development, embracing big feelings, and working through conflict together.
